VerifyMe's reverse split, combining every 10 common shares into one, becomes effective on September 29, 2026 at 12:01 AM EDT / 7:01 AM Istanbul. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share and the new CUSIP will be 92346X305.
