What the screen shows

The CBRT EVDS dashboard lists a 43.22% weighted-average TRY deposit rate for maturities up to three months, dated October 16. This article explains the indicator; it does not announce a new bank promotion.

Your own quote is a separate document

Read the bank’s written maturity, amount and eligibility conditions. A welcome offer and a renewal offer should not be treated as identical products. Compare quotes over the same principal and number of days, rather than ranking headline percentages in isolation.

A rate is not a net payout

Your net maturity amount depends on the applicable terms, duration and tax assumptions. Check the bank’s displayed net amount and compare it with the inputs used in any calculator. No personal return is promised here. This is general information, not individual investment advice.

Keep the dates separate

The October 16 observation predates the October 22 policy-rate decision. It cannot by itself describe every subsequent deposit offer. A publication date is not the underlying observation date, and the next week’s value must not be invented before it is released.
